I am an experienced Internet entrepreneur and manager who loves to develop business areas and motivate my teams. My long-time background is in media production and online platforms. I have worked in corporate, small and medium size businesses and for start-ups, including my own.

I addition to the media expertise and leadership experience, I have analytical skills for shaping and optimizing processes as well as the ability to assert the results. I am very good at integrating various teams and stakeholders. When leading teams, I value a lateral leadership style, on eye level.
